TRIUMPH SPITFIRE

Just arrived with here at RFH Classics we have this 1978 Triumph Spitfire 1500 finished in Blue with Black Vinyl interior trim. The car had been in previous owners care for a considerable number of years and has only come to the market after his realisation that he just use it enough, last year it did just over 20 miles between MOT tests. It has been the subject of a previous restoration a number of years ago but still presents very well with its upgraded Minilite style Alloy Wheels.

We have in the office a very substantial history file for the car detailing the works undertaken including a photographic record of the bodywork done. The interior trim is the original Black Vinyl that is in very good condition as it the wooden dash that are notorious for weathering badly, this one certainly isn’t. Undo the clips and lift the large bonnet to find a very tidy engine bay. In the showroom we have the matching body colour Hard Top that is very tidy and a great benefit to have. The drive of the car goes very well and it also benefits from having Overdrive to the 3rd and 4th gears. Come and inspect the car for yourself and I fell sure, like me, you’ll understand this one won’t hang around very long.

Due to its age this car it is exempt from an MOT test however prior to delivery it will have been given a comprehensive vehicle inspection, service and independent MOT and come with a 3 Month Parts & Labour warranty.
